Each stage of motherhood is hard and sweet, exhausting and exhilarating. And with each stage, you give a piece of yourself to your child. Someday, it comes at different times for different women, you may realize you just aren’t sure who you are and what you should be doing. The work of mothers is so all-consuming, we can lose ourselves.

Each stage of a professional career is hard and sweet, exhausting and exhilarating. And with each promotion and progression, you give a piece of yourself to your work. Someday, it comes at different times for different women, you may realize you aren’t sure who you are and what you should be doing. The work of women is so all-consuming, we can lose ourselves.

Regardless of what stage you are in, related to motherhood or career-hood, these questions matter: Who are you? Who are you becoming? Who have you been? Who do you want to be.
